At Alpha Tech X, we currently ship within the United States. Our products are fulfilled through domestic and international fulfillment partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations & Delivery Times
United States
Most orders ship from domestic fulfillment centers within the United States.
Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
In some cases, products may ship from an international fulfillment center depending on stock availability:
International Fulfillment Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
For international shipments, tracking movement may appear after customs processing.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly.
Alpha Tech X is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks a package as delivered but it cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, or the local carrier.
If the package still cannot be found, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.
