Refund policy
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Items returned in used condition, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return addresses will be provided after the return request is approved. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We may require photos or a short video showing the issue to process your claim.
For these cases:
✔ You do not need to return the item
✔ We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund
✔ We cover all related costs
3. Change-of-Mind Returns (Customer-Paid Shipping)
If you decide to return an item for any of the following reasons:
• You changed your mind
• The item is not what you expected
• You ordered the wrong product
Then:
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
✔ The item must be unused and in original packaging
✔ Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund
We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
We may offer troubleshooting assistance, a replacement, or a partial refund depending on the situation before processing a full refund.
If approved, refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, it must go through the return process.
